Với công thứ cơ bản này, các bạn sẽ bỏ hết được những bước rườm rà, làm ra chiếc bánh nhanh hơn nhưng vẫn không kém phần hấp dẫn bánh có đường đâu nhé. Ngoài ra, còn gì tuyệt vời bằng khi chúng ta nhâm nhi tách trà hoặc cà phê mà lại có thêm 1 chút bánh cookies tự làm kèm theo nhỉ.

Đầu tiên chúng ta cho toàn bộ số nguyên liệu vào máy đánh bột. Bơ chúng ta để mềm trộn cho dễ. Muối nở chúng ta cứ cho thẳng vào, không cần sơ chế gì đâu nhé, bật máy đánh đều liên tục.

Chúng ta chuẩn bị lò trước 5 -10 phút với 160 -170 độ C. Khi thấy bột đã đều vào nhau (khoảng 5 -7 phút trộn), chúng ta cho bột ra dĩa và nắn bánh, cho bánh lên khay nướng có lót sẵn giấy nến. Đặt khay vào nướng 20 -25 phút cũng trong nhiệt độ đó.

Bánh sau khi chín, chúng ta dỡ bánh ra ngoài cho nguội. Sau đó cho vào hũ thủy tinh dùng dần (hạn sử dụng khoảng 1 tháng trong môi trường khô ráo). Bánh sau khi nguội sẽ rất giòn, dùng kèm trà hoặc cà phê là tuyệt vời.
