Canh cáy nấu rau đay rất hợp với mùa hè. Canh ngon ngọt ăn kèm với cà pháo rất hợp. Canh cáy nấu rau đay mướp còn rất lợi sữa với các mẹ đang cho con bú nhé!

Cáy mua về làm sạch, bóc vỏ mai, xóc lại với muối.

Cho cáy vào máy xay hoặc giã bằng cối cho nhuyễn và lọc nước vừa ăn.

Rau đay nhặt phần ngọn, bỏ lá sâu, mướp gọt vỏ. Rửa sạch để ráo nước. Cắt nhỏ rau đay, mướp bổ đôi cắt miếng vừa ăn.

Đặt nồi nước cáy lên bếp đun nhỏ lửa. Thêm 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt. Khi canh sôi cho rau đay và mướp vào đun khoảng 2-3 phút. Nêm nếm lại gia vị cho vừa miệng.

Khi canh chín, tắt bếp. Cho canh cáy nấu mướp, rau đay ra chén.
