Đậu hũ chần qua nước nóng, để ráo rồi cắt thành các khối vuông nhỏ. Cà chua bi bổ đôi. Hành lá thái nhỏ.
Đặt chảo lên bếp, đun nóng dầu rồi lần lượt cho đậu vào chiên vàng đều. Vớt đậu ra để ráo dầu.
Đặt chảo khác lên bếp, phi thơm đầu hành. Cho đậu vào đảo nhanh tay rồi cho gia vị vào. Tiếp đó, bạn cho cà chua vào để rim trên lửa nhỏ khoảng 10 phút.
Khi cà chua bi bắt đầu chín, nêm nếm lại gia vị cho vừa ăn rồi tắt bếp, rắc hành lá là hoàn thành. Cho đậu sốt cà chua bi ra đĩa, thưởng thức nóng rất ngon.
