Bacon cuộn sandwich phô mai là món ăn khá lạ miệng và ngon, rất thích hợp để làm món ăn sáng hay ăn vặt cho cả nhà. Chính sự hài hòa giữa vị mằn mặn của thịt xông khói bọc bên ngoài, hòa cùng phô mai béo ngậy bên trong tạo cảm giác ngon mà không ngán. Đặt từng lát ba rọi nạc xông khói lên mặt phẳng và nối lại bằng cách đan xen các miếng thịt vào nhau như hình bên dưới.
Kế đến, đặt 2 lát bánh mì sandwich có kẹp sẵn phô mai cheddar lên trên các dải thịt và bắt đầu cuộn từ dưới lên, dùng thịt xông khói bọc kín 2 đầu còn trống của phần bánh mì.
Giờ thì mình đun nóng chảo với một chút bơ hoặc dầu ăn và cho phần thịt xông khói cuộn vào, rán vàng đều hai mặt.
Khi ăn bacon cuộn sandwich phô mai, bạn cắt ra làm đôi hoặc cắt xéo và thưởng thức hương vị phô mai tan chảy tràn ra kèm lớp vỏ thịt mằn mặn, giòn rụm.
