Tỏi và gừng băm nhỏ. Đậu que rửa sạch, tước vỏ xơ rồi cắt nhỏ. Cho nước tương, rượu, đường, tương ớt trộn đều với nhau trong 1 cái chén. Bắc chảo lên bếp, cho dầu olive vào đun nóng, trút đậu que vào xào trong khoảng 2-3 phút rồi cho ra ngoài để riêng.
Vặn nhỏ lửa, cho 1/2 muỗng canh dầu olive vào. Phi thơm hành tây, tỏi, gừng trong khoảng 1 phút. Cho thịt xào bằm vào xào khoảng 2 phút, trút phần sốt vào đảo đều 30 giây. Cho phần đậu que trở lại, đảo thêm 30 giây nữ là tắt bếp.
