Leading with Purpose: is THE book and software for the business owners needs with Strategic Planning.
I was introduced to Marc six or seven years ago and have stayed in touch. When I heard he had written a book I knew I had to read it and see if he turned excellent Leadership and Coaching skills into a book with real business benefit. He has. I have read the book three times and watched all the videos on the website several times. I am a Business Coach that teaches these same principals on a daily basis. My Clients meet quarterly for a full day of Strategic Planning that updates 3-year and 1-year goals while putting tasks at the weekly level for the next 90-days. This book and software fit like a glove. I converted all of my Clients within two weeks to the software and provided a copy of the book to each one. In a couple weeks we will be doing our second quarterly planning day and everyone will be bringing their laptop and we will be "online" filling out our Leading with Purpose software for Q3. Book and software are a natural for any business owner that is looking for a tool that will benefit their Time Management, Accountability and Strategic Planning and drive bottom-line results!! Great Book for Any Organization
Any company or organization can benefit from the strategies defined in this book. Leading with Purpose takes managers through a process of defining their Core Values, Long Term Vision, Long Term & Short Term Goals, then summarizing all of it on one concise page. This one page plan can then be distributed throughout the company in order to build focus & excitement for the vision ahead and to help every employee understand that their contributions make a difference.

This is a terrific resource and companion to the Lead With Purpose one-page strategic plan. The format is the epitome of K.I.S.S. - Keep It Simple & Significant - better ensuring you will align your team's efforts with your organization's purpose, values, vision, and mission. If you want a strategic plan that drives action and results, give this a good look.
Definitely worth reading!
I picked this book up on a recommendation from a friend who said it made her look at her business differently. The book breaks down in very simple form not only what I need to do as a leader, but more importantly of how to create a group of engaged employees. It made sense to me that it's easier to manage someone who really cares about their job and this book gave me the tools to bring the two together. I took advantage of the free online trial that makes it easy to manage the plan and update.
This is a straight-forward book giving very clear instructions on creating a strategic business plan
I liked that Leading With Purpose is an easy to follow guide on what can be a very daunting process. Creating a business plan can seem like a huge undertaking, but the Lead With Purpose approach makes planning an efficient process, with very valuable and useful output.
Great Read, Empowering your Employees
This book was perfect timing for our company and fun to read. The book really makes you think to determine what is the most important things to your company. The two biggest things I take away are Marc's # 5 & # 7 principles. Engage, Empower and Encourage leadership.
Eating the elephant
Not only have I read the book but I bought everyone on my executive team a book so that we could go through it together. Now that we are into our second year using the Online tools, we are using the book as a reference. Marc's simple methods and tools have made it very easy for our team to break down our long term dreams and goals into definable quarterly tasks that each member is held accountable to. It solves the proverbial problem "How do you eat an elephant"? "One bite at a time".
TURN YOUR BUSINESS AROUND
Great book for helping any business align their focus to work together as a group toward their goals. Great system to get employees engaged in the workplace and help them understand how their daily activities affect the growth of the business. I would highly recommend this book to any business owner or manager.
Love this book
This is simply the most effective way of aligning everyone on a one page plan. I think the author has been concise and clear to the point. As company grows sometimes we forget the alignment is the most important thing, because only when everyone sees the same goal then group can work together to achieve the goals.

Great book about managing/leading a company. Clearly outlines how to set goals then hold your team accountable to hit them. Highly recommend this easy to read book to any entrepreneur or CEO.
