Chả đậu sốt cà chua là sự kết hợp giữa đậu phụ và thịt băm giúp cho món ăn dịu hơn và không có cảm giác ngấy. Món này đơn giản, dễ làm nhưng lại rất ngon miệng, các bé sẽ ăn cơm giỏi hơn đấy!
Hành củ bóc vỏ, băm nhuyễn. Đậu hũ non bóp nhỏ. Cà chua cắt nhỏ.
Trộn đều trứng, thịt heo bằm với 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, nước mắm, tiêu, bột ngọt, hành tím băm nhỏ. Sau đó cho đậu hũ non bóp nhỏ vào, tiếp tục trộn đến khi đều.
Viên hỗn hợp thành những viên chả vừa ăn. Cho vào dầu nóng chiên vàng. Vớt ra, để ráo dầu.
Để lại trên chảo 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn. Cho cà chua vào xào chín mềm. Cho 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối còn lại, đường vào cà chua.
Cho chả đã chiên vào nước sốt, để sôi khoảng 5 phút cho thấm. Tắt bếp, trình bày món ăn ra đĩa.
